Guest guest Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 VEGAN PARMESAN " CHEESE " 1/2 cup sesame seeds In a blender or food grinder, blend the sesame seeds until finely chopped. This will take about 10 minutes in a blender. After blending, add the following: 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. McKay's Chicken or Beef Style Seasoning 3 tsp. lemon juice Pulse the blender until the mixture is coarsely mixed. Store in an airtight container. Sprinkle on pasta, pizzas, or salads.
