Guest guest Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 CARROT CORN BREAD 1 cup corn meal 1 cup grated raw carrots 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 Tbsp. oil 3/4 cup boiling water Substitute for two eggs Mix dry ingredients together and add liquid and oil.
