What about quinoa or making some muffins or breakfast cookies with rice protein

powder and nut flours.

All excellent recommendations! Thank you! I will look into the rice

protien powder, and keep some quinoa bread handy for toast. And I do love

almond butter. And I think I will have to take a stab at baking!
