How about hummus? or nut butter? it is good on crackers or , tortillias

or toasted wheat free bread pesto on a tortilla?

I cant have eggs or wheat either & breakfast is a challenge for me too

lately I rotate gluten free breads toasted and oatmeal with dried

blueberries & pecans >
