Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 Tofu Onion Bake 5 med-large yellow onions, coarsely chopped 3 Tbls oil 3 Tbls garbanzo/fava flour 300 gr tofu, cut into small cubes 1 package silken tofu plus 3 tbsp. water, blended 1 Tbsl wheat free tamari 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley pepper to taste Saute onions in oil until golden. Remove from heat. Sprinkle flour over the onions. Mix remaining ingrediants into the onion. Pour into an oiled 9x12 in glass pan. Bake in a medium oven until browned and solidified.
