Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 Vegetarian Chilean " Pino " Source: 3abn.org (adapted) 1 c. soy TVP (small pieces) 3 c. boiling water 1 Tbsp. vegetarian chicken style seasoning 2 medium onions, chopped 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. cumin 2 Tbsp. Braggs liquid aminos 1. In a bowl mix dry textured vegetable protein and chicken style seasoning. 2. Add enough water to cover TVP (about 3 cups) and set aside to absorb the water. 3. Chop onions and sauté in 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil until onions are translucent. 4. Add paprika, cumin and oregano and cook for another minute. 5. Add TVP and Braggs to the onions and mix well.
