Preheat oven to 450°; lightly spray a jelly-roll pan with nonstick spray. 2. Combine potatoes and olive oil in one bowl. Combine cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in another bowl. 3. Sprinkle spice mixture over potatoes and toss well. 4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on pan.
