Guest guest Posted October 2, 2005 Report Share Posted October 2, 2005 Homemade Lemon Whipped Cream Source: 3abn.org 1 1/2 cups Silk Soy Milk, vanilla flavored 1 1/2 cups canola oil 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (vanilla) 1. Place the soy milk in a blender and start the machine. 2. Add the oil slowly while the blender is on. Blend for about 30 seconds. 3. Place the thickened soymilk/oil mixture in a bowl. 4.
