Guest guest Posted October 2, 2005 Report Share Posted October 2, 2005 Potato Salad with Herbs and Apples Source: 3abn.org 2 lbs boiled potatoes, cut in cubes 5 Tbsp. Veganaise 5 Tbsp. Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese 1 cup Tofutti Sour Cream 2 apples, cut in small pieces 1/2 small red onion or sweet onion (Vidalia) 2/3 cup pickle relish Chives Dill Salt 1. Mix sour cream, Tofutti cream cheese and Veganaise with the herbs and salt. 2. Fold in the onion, apple pieces and potato cubes. Chill.
