Guest guest Posted October 2, 2005 Report Share Posted October 2, 2005 Spicy Chili Rotini Source: 3abn.org 1 med. onion, finely minced 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves fresh garlic 1 c. celery, diced 3 c. hot vegetarian chili beans, with sauce 4 c. canned diced tomatoes 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. chili powder 1 Tbsp. vegan Worchestershire sauce (Angostora) 4 c. uncooked rotini pasta (gluten free if necessary) 1. In a large pot of salted water, boil and cook pasta until tender. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery and garlic in olive oil. Cook until onion and celery are tender. Add all remaining ingredients except for pasta, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 3. Add pasta and serve hot.
