Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Lemon Pepper Beans 375 g (12 oz) fresh green beans, trimmed 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) vegan margarine, softened 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, -OR- to taste slat, to taste 1. Cook beans in boiling water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain and return to saucepan. 2. Add remaininng ingredients and stir well to coat. Serves 8.
