Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 New Potatoes with Chives 500 g (1 lb) small new potatoes 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) vegan margarine, melted 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) chopped chives 1. Steam or boil the new potatoes until they are tender. 2. Cut them into quarters. 3. Pour over the melted margrine. Sprinkle with chives and toss to mix. Serve warm. Serves 4.
