Guest guest
Apricot-Glazed Roasted Asparagus Another recipe from Cooking Light. This is tasty and easy. 1 lb asparagus spears, trimmed cooking spray 2 tablespoons apricot preserves (I use sugar free from Smuckers) 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (gf or Bragg's Liquid Aminos) 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic 1/8 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 400º. Place asparagus spears on a foil-lined jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and salt; pour preserves mixture over asparagus. Toss well to coat. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve immediately. 4 servings 15 minutes 5 mins prep " Why don't you show yourself around the garden while I fix tea?
