Guest guest Posted March 28, 2005 Report Share Posted March 28, 2005 Shalom Benjamin, I agree with LaDonna in that a matter of trust is essential for the vegan customers and including dairy in a vegan environment is not a good idea (IMHO). As far as other " milks " , I would suggest rice milk or nut milk if soy is not an option. Almond milk is rich and creamy and slightly sweet, also can be made raw. Other nut milks such as cashew are good options.
