Guest guest Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 CHEESY CASHEW SPREAD 1 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup hot water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 can (2 oz.) pimentos or 1 carrot, sliced (for color) Blend until smooth and creamy.
