Guest guest Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 CARROT RICE BAKE 2 cups raw carrots, grated 1 cup brown rice, cooked (or millet or barley) 1/2 cup grated onion, raw 1 cup nuts, chopped 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (or gluten-free bread crumbs if necessary) 1 cup tomato juice 1 cup olives, chopped 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients and mix well.
