Guest guest Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 SAVORY QUINOA 2 cups quinoa 4 cups water 1 cup diced green onion ( 1/4 cup dried onion flakes) 1/4 cup diced red pepper 2 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce) 1 tsp. cumin 2 tsp. basil 2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken Style seasoning 2 Tbsp. food yeast flakes (optional) 1 tsp. salt Place all ingredients in a saucepan or rice cooker. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
