Guest guest
Randi, If you look in the " Files " section you will find a folder called " Good Books " Good%20Books/ In there you'll find folders with the names of various books. And in the " Links " sections you'll find a folder called " Recipe Sites " containing some links to some sites you may find suitable. /links If anyone has any others, send them in so I can add them to the list. Guest guest
Susan Voisin has a nice vegan website with a growing gluten-free section at:: www.fatfreevegan.com On the top of the Gluten Free Recipes page there is a link to Brain Talk Gluten Sensitivity - Celiac forum, which has a newly organized GF recipe index, with many recipes featuring various substitutions, etc., and a vegetarian thread. ~Karina " Be here now. Guest guest
Thanks for the tips. I actually have already checked out the Food Allergy Survival book from our library. It's ok.. i'm just kind of dissappointed in what's available in general because when peopl etak eou tmeat, they plug in tofu and cheese. They are everywhere and not at all part of our diet. It's a challenge. I'm slowly weeding through my 500 or so cook books looking for recipes to convert, but my son won't eat a lot of the stuff I would. I'm trying to add on enew food each week to see if any of them " take " . SO far I'm taken with all of them LOL! , " lickifu " <d_dungey@h...> wrote: > > Hi Randi, > > You might like the Food Allergy Survival Guide: Surviving and Thriving > With Food Allergies and Sensitivities by Vesanto Melina, Dina Aronson, > Jo Stepaniak, http://www.foodallergysurvivalguide.com/ > > > Danielle > > > , " Randi " <rjsnailmail@y. > ..> wrote: > > > > I need to cook GFCFSF for myself and in addition, egg free for my > > son's sake.
