Guest guest Posted May 8, 2009 Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 Breakfast Muffin 1 Thomas' 2X Fiber whole wheat english muffin 1/4 c. egg substitute 1 Morningstar Farms breakfast patty 1 tbsp. benecol (recommended cholesterol lowering amount) 1 tbsp. 2% Four cheese blend shredded cheese (optional) 1 tbsp. salsa (optional) Toast the muffin, spread with benecol. Heat patty according to package directions. Lightly spray a ramekin with olive oil spray, add egg substitute. Microwave one minute.
