Easy Cranberry Relish

 

1 lb. fresh cranberries

1 medium orange, unpeeled

1 medium apple, unpeeled

1/2 cup honey (or substitute maple syrup)

pinch of salt

 

Wash cranberries, orange, and apple thoroughly. Cut apple and orange

into large pieces, and remove seeds. Place fruit in food processor and

chop, using coarse blade. Transfer fruit to bowl, add honey (or maple

syrup) and salt, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

 

Yield: 12 servings

Calories per serving: 92
