Guest guest Posted July 21, 2004 Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 I am on a for Indian Cooking, and have been for probably 5 years. I never appreciated it as much as when i had to go gluten free. There are tons of delicious recipes for every type of eating: vegan, vegetarian, carnivores, whatever. Many, if not most, of the recipes are easily adapted to vegan cooking and are already gluten free. Oh boy they can be fattening as well as addictive. If you want more let me know, I have so many.
