Guest guest
Hey Randi, That is sad that they do not allow peanut butter on school grounds, but it is still a good idea. I know SEVERAL homeschooling families, who homeschool due to peanut allergies. Public school is supposed to be free of charge and for EVERYONE. It is unfortunate that a child cannot attend school because he might inhale peanut aroma and die from that. Sure, they are supposed to administer epeniphrine, but how can a parent be assured that the school will be able to get there on time. Some children are so severely allergic to peanuts that they can die JUST from inhaling it. If only schools in my area would prohibit peanut butter on school grounds, these children would be able to attend public school.
