Guest guest Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 Satay Sauce. 1 tablespoon (4 teaspoons) olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy (your choice) 2 tablespoons (8 teaspoons) wheat-free tamari 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon (4 teaspoons) brown sugar 1 270ml can (just over 1 cup) coconut milk In a saucepan or fry pan sauté onion and garlic until cooked through.
