More specifically, we only process fruit sorbets, and the only ingredients that are at the plant are 1.) fresh fruit 2.) filtered water 3.) Citrus Pectin 4.) Crystalline Fructose 5.) Carrageenan and Carob Bean Gum ( makes some flavors more durable in the distribution ) We have never produced ice cream, on this equipment. All of the equipment was sterilized ( steam cleaned ) and has only been exposed to the ingredients above for the last 5 years. FYI Crystalline Fructose is extracted from sweet corn (99+% pure) Citrus Pectin comes from lemon peels in Italy, Carrageenan from Seaweed Any Questions and or comments, please feel free to let me know.
