Pignoli are also called pine nuts. You can find them in the gourmet section of most markets. 2 Tablespoons pignoli, toasted One 10.25-ounce package reduced-fat tofu 3/4 cup cooked green peas 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
