Guest guest Posted October 25, 2004 Report Share Posted October 25, 2004 Olive Rice Ring Source: Nature's Harvest 3 cups cooked hot rice (brown) 1 cup ripe olives 3/4 cup thinly sliced green olives 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup chopped pimiento 3/4 cup finely chopped celery Slice olives in large pieces. Fluff rice with fork, add all five ingredients. Pack into greased 1-quart ring mold. Bake in moderately hot oven 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Invert over serving dish. Serve with creamed gluten (if not gluten-free), vegetables, broccoli, carrots, etc. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
