Recipe request: Honey Roasted Pumpkin seeds...

Hi all...I'm looking for a good recipe for honey roasting or sweet

roasting this years pumpkin seeds. I've tried many, but a lot of them

turn out sticky. Looking for something that leaves the nuts/seeds so

they won't stick together. Probably doesn't have to be specific to

pumpkin seeds...if it works for any nuts/seeds it should work just

fine. I'd love to see anyone's tried and true recipes! Thanks!

Like most big companys use, corn starch, to keep things from sticking..
