Guest guest Posted October 26, 2004 Report Share Posted October 26, 2004 Almond Rice Loaf Source: Nature's Harvest 2 cups almonds, chopped 2 cups steamed brown rice 1 cup cashew (or tofu) milk 1/4 cup dry quick oats (or quinoa flakes) 3 cups cubed bread (gluten free if necessary) 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or wheat free tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos) 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley Soak bread and oats in milk alternative. Blend the rice, peanut butter, and almonds with a fork. Add and mix well the rest of the ingredients. Bake in square baking dish or small laof pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
