Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Tofu Buttermilk Source: Simply Heavenly 1 cup tofu 1/4 tsp corn oil 1 Tbs lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Sucanat (or alternative sweetener of choice) 2/3 cup water Combine and blend until smooth. Omit the water to make this recipe as Tofu sour cream which can be used in place of mayonnaise. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
