Guest guest
Jenni I have been away sick, but sweet rice or glutinous rice flour (not gluten containing), is a sticky rice and does have it's place in the pantry of a GF home. I use it alot in making breads and muffins as it does add some stickiness to the dough and keeps it from crumbling like plain white or brown rice flour. It's also AWESOME for making shortbread cookies this time of year. BL
