Pam,

Thank you for the welcome. The last two years have been a tough transition. I

was the worlds best cook, until having to eliminate gluten. But I've come a long

way. I am definetely interested in any good gluten free veggi products or

recipes you may have found.

Most of our cooking is whole foods from scratch, naturally gluten-free

stuff. We deal with/have dealt with a number of other food

allergies/intolerances as well, so the fewer ingredients and less

processing, the better.

Though I normally make gf bread from scratch, I do occasionally pick up

Kinnickinnick's sunflower bread when I don't have the time. A friend

recently directed us to Kinnickinnick's packaged bread mix. One package

makes three loaves for about the same price as the premade loaf, and of

course fresh from the oven is so much better than the frozen product. Not

only that, but the dough requires no rising, so it is just 3 minutes to mix,

and then 25 in the oven for buns or 45 min for loaves. Wow. So nice to

have buns fresh out of the oven by the time dinner was finished cooking! We

used them for veggie burgers yesterday, and they were the best hamburger

buns we've had since going gf.
