Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Carob Fudge 1/2 cup carob powder 1/2 cup water 1 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup unsweetned, shredded coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup date butter (dates blended in hot water) In a saucepan, mix carob powder and water. Bring to a boil stirring for 5 minutes until a smooth paste is formed. Add peanut butter, coconut, walnuts, vanilla and date butter and mix well. Press into square pan. Refrigerate.
