Guest guest Posted June 1, 2005 Report Share Posted June 1, 2005 Strawberry Pineapple Jam Source: Healthy Food Choices *Makes about 10 cups --- 40 quarter-cup servings) 4 cups frozen strawberries 19 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple (use juice too) 1/4 cup minute tapioca Place the berries in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Sprinkle tapioca on top and stir constantly. Cook until tapioca is clear. Stir in pineapple. Serve on pancakes, waffles, toast or on cereal.
