Yes. I usually get canned pumpkin - no spices,

just pumpkin and start from there.

oooh.. there is ther is there is..

ther's hip whip ( i thnk that's what it is called... will have to

look... I used to get it in LA, haven't thought of it in a while.. will

want some this year.)

also.. I have some recipes on file.. will have to look for those..
