We will all put our heads together to come up with a fabulous Thanksgiving vegan menu that will be sure to tempt your son and hubby into trying some. Be sure to skim through our files here; so many wonderful vegan recipes in there, even a vegan pumpkin cheesecake! My favorite stuffing recipe is vegan, that is if the bread cubes i use are vegan. [i have to check, but i'm sure you can find vegan breadcubes to use]. Squash, corn, green bean casserole, mashed garlic potatoes.... the list goes on; there will be no room on your plate! *lol* If you want a vegan turkey alternative, try the Tofurky. Many folks i know that are vegan or have a vegan family member like those. The recent issue of Vegetarian Times has a cool looking vegan homemade tofu turkey roast. Let me know if you want me to type it up for you. ~ pt ~ Autumn will heap the granaries high. Whatever you reap, corn, wheat or clover, Barley or rye, when autumn is over . . .
