Guest guest Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 This sounds truely wonderful, as does the cookbook. i will certainly be looking for this one. i enjoy cookbooks like this, even if they have omnivore recipes in them here and there; you can always find ways to adapt the recipes or just skip them and use the great vegetarian ones. This vegan recipe version sounds perfect, and i like that it is lite and not overly sweet.
