Guest guest
Never apologise for rambling about food and our likes or dislikes here. We love to read your posts and are here to learn from eachother. *s* Isn't it interesting how our tastes are so different? Good thing there are many veggie items out there nowadays for us to choose from. We just have to try them all to figure out which ones work for us. i like the quorn patties, too. i now prefer to have them like i would serve a fish sandwich: tartar sauce, lettuce, tomatoe, whole grain bun, etc. i also enjoy using the little quorn tenders in recipes i convert that call for using cubed chicken or turkey. Fun to play around in the kitchen, eh? Hope your Saturday is a great one! ~ pt ~ Yesterday i saw a November rainbow for real! [see the poem i found online yesterday below] I saw the lovely arch Of rainbow span the sky, The gold sun burning As the rain swept by. ~ Elizabeth Coatsworth,Ê November ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , glpveg4life@a... wrote: > > Hi PT: > > The funny thing is my daughter and I both like the quorn patties and cutlets but not the roast. > My husband and son are MEAT eaters so it is just my daugther and I... > However anything that calls for milk gets soymilk instead. > I make a lentil loaf a while back from the files and my daughter liked it so we will make it again. > sorry for the rambling. > > Gayle
Guest guest
YUM I never thought about adding tartar sauce to the Quorn Patty!! I use vegannaise... has anyone else tried it... simply it tastes just like the mayonnaise I used to make years ago from 'scratch'....
