Guest guest
Hi Shelly. i have heard many good things about that Joanne Stepaniak Uncheese Cookbook from vegans that miss dairy cheeses. i would consider that one a must-have cookbook for the vegan household. Another good cookbook i'd like to recommend to Linda, and you, is the Simply Heavenly by Abbot George Burke. This is a vegan monastery's cookbook full of tried and true non-dairy no-egg substitution ideas. They also have many uncheeses and though i have not used many of the uncheese recipes myself, the people who have tried them have found them very good. i have this cookbook, so if you want any recipes from it i will be happy to type them up to post here. i know this cookbook is sort of expensive as it is out of print, but you can look around online and sometimes score a good deal on it. ~ pt ~ A few days ago I walked along the edge of the lake and was treatedÊ to the crunch and rustle of leaves with each step I made. The acousticsÊ of this season are different and all sounds, no matter how hushed,Ê are as crisp as autumn air. ~ Eric Sloane ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Shelly " < anislandgirl@c...> wrote: > > Hi, Linda, > > I'm new to the group myself Wanted to tell you to check out the > Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook by Joanne Stepaniak.
