Guest guest
HI I have been so busy lately I rarely even get to see this computer --I just finished redoing my entire inside of my house so now I can actually get back to life!-and some good cookin'! In case no one got it here it is--- the book is by Vicki Rae Chelf 2 cups mashed tofu 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup rolled oats ( I use quick cooking kind) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 3 Tbl. peanut butter 4 Tbl Tamari not shoyu 1-2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp sage (I use thyme) Mix all in a great big bowl, place in a well oiled pan and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. I also have let this sit after it is baked and then the next day take it out slice it and fry it up. Boy that is really good. I have made this a lot! It is easy and quick to put together.
