Guest guest
i hear you there on the high cost of good natural whole food ingredients. i don't think i can even find unroasted raw cashews around here, and many of the uncheeses in that book call for a lot of them. Thanks for the recipe review of the oatmeal burgers! i like to learn what recipes others have tried and liked. Feel free to post it here for others, too. It sounds like a recipe that has easy to find ingredients that are also economical. ~ pt ~ Fog in November, trees have no heads, Streams only sound, walls suddenly stop Half-way up hills, the ghost of a man spreads Dung on dead fields for next year's crop. I also have Vegan Planet which is great and the one I would like to recommend is the Professional Vegetarian it is vegan really excellent. Now to get those prices down on these ingredients ROTFL. > I just adore all of these foods and really have nothing I don't eat just the budget stops a lot of it. > I also like to cook with Seitan and that can be hard to find. I have a Wild Oats store near here well 30 miles away anyway they carry a lot of things. > > Oh and the oatmeal burgers in Burkes book are excellent!
