dusty,

here's a 3 day detox program that i use on occasion:

day one: drink a full glass of water with the juice

of a lemon (or half of a lemon) squeezed in it upon

waking. eat lots of raw veggies and fruits...green

salads with lemon juice and a little olive oil and

celtic sea salt. chew well. drink plenty of clean

water, herb teas, and fresh juices (not bottled). eat

whole grains if you are feeling hungry....brown rice,

barley, etc....

day two: all liquids.....water with lemon juice (add

a little bit of pure maple syrup and a dash of cayenne

if desired), fresh veggie and fruit juices, herb teas,

lots of water, veggie broth, and miso broth. you may

feel absolutely horrible today. consume liquids as

often as you feel like it.

day three: water with lemon, herb teas, fresh juices,

veggie broth, miso broth, raw veggies and fruits, and

a little bit of whole grains.

you can extend this to a 5 day program....just do all

liquids on day 2, 3, and 4.

if you didn't want to do something like that....just

go a week or two without dairy, sugar, fried foods,

and sodas and up the amount of veggies and liquids and

that should help alot too.

there are actually tons of different detox programs.

you could prolly do a google search and find hundreds.

just don't do a water only fast...that's dangerous.

hope this is helpful,

susie
