Guest guest
hi sherri! brewer's yeast (nutritional yeast) is a great source for b6, b12, and folic acid. add it to sauces, salads, sprinkle on popcorn, etc.... blackstrap molasses is also a good source of b vitamins. sea vegetables is a good source of b12 (spirulina is esp. good becasue it is a good source for protein, iron, chlorophyll, etc, as well as b12). go ahead and take a good b-complex too....a sublingual form if possible (that also eliminates gelatin capsules)....the b vitamins really need each other to work. another supplement, SAMe (S-Adenosylmethionine) also lowers homocysteine levels. TMG (trimethyglycine converts into SAMe and also lowers homocysteine levels. make sure to take b6, b12, and folic acid when taking SAMe or TMG. hope this helps, susie --- Sherri <sherria wrote: > I had my annual physical a couple of weeks ago and > just got the results back > from all the bloodwork.
