Guest guest
Ahh, the lentils are being so difficult. I put everything in the crockpot at 8:30 A.M. yesterday. The recipe said cook on Low for 8 hours. At 4:30, they were crunchy. At 6:30, they were crunchy and I mean CRUNCHY. Hubby added a little water and turned it up to High and at 8:30 I checked them, still crunchy. So I turned it off and hoped that soaking overnight might help. But they are exactly the same as they were last night! bummer! Shelly , " Linda C " <muggle311@n...> wrote: > > Shelly > that cookbook is awesome I own that one.
