Hi PT

Yes, it is a wonderful piece of equipment. It is a real treasure.

I will find a recipe for you of course. I started cooking 'by the book' it

really was the only way I could work...but of course with a family of two

teenage boys one grows and adapts and now I throw in a little of this...and a

little of that!

Yes, indeed a curry on one side and rice on the other may be possible. However,

I am afraid I do not experiment much these days...I leave at 8am and get back

for 630pm. I do not want to rely on something and get home to find that dinner

is inedible. Having said that...I am adventurous and an idea like that can be

researched...tried and tested...and posted for everyone's benefit.

The cost was indeed 35GBP. I have never seen one in the USA but I am sure my

search was not deep enough. However, whether it is available or not I do agree

that it is a big investment.

I think a well timed casserole in the oven is wonderful. It was a trial...it is

successful...and it is a pleasure to share. I am happy to try recipes.

Best regards ... and ... PT you must know by know...this is a great group...well

done for such hard work to you and to all the moderators...now the recipe...mmm

well...

i also think that casserole looks wonderful.

Any chance you can share the recipe? *lol*

Looks so versatile... you could cook a curry

on one side and maybe rice on the other;

endless possibilities.

i did a search and could find one for 34.99£

Not sure what that would be in US $... probably

too much right now for me, but i will add it to

my wish list. Thanks for sharing, Chris! :)
