Guest guest
Hi Catherine... i have missed seeing you about. No, i have never tried tuno; just haven't seen it around here and have not dared to mail-oder it due to the polarity of reviews i have read from others. Either people love it or they loath it with a passion! *lol* i am curious though... and if i found some around here i would be brave and try it. Let us know what you think, k? ~ pt ~ Two sounds of autumn are unmistakable, the hurrying rustle of crisp leaves blown along the street or road by a gusty wind, and the gabble of a flock of migrating geese.Ê Both are warnings of chill days ahead, fireside and topcoat weather. ~ Hal Borland ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , Cathrine Qua <cathrineq@r...> wrote: > > Has anyone had Tuno? Guest guest
Hey PT! Thanks for the input... I had found it at an american vegan mail order company... and truth be told, have been craving tuna. No, I'm not going to eat the real stuff, since I know the damage they do to reefs collecting the stuff - not to mention as a diver, I like to see my fish alive and swimming! Now, since they want 50% of the cost to ship it, plus the reviews, methinks I will try to source it more locally, and in the frozen form, which seems more acceptable. Anyone know of any Toronto area veg stores carrying Tuno? On another note, for those Canadian vegetarians, we just just came out with Chick'n Cordon Swiss and Chick'n Broccoli and Cheese (Schneider Oh Naturel brand), and I haven't even tried it, but have a case of each in the freezer at work, awaiting product sampling! I'll try to be around a bit more. ) I tend to go in fits and spurts, occasionally needing to duck out and smell the roses!
