I just ordered some eames flavored gel from the mail order catalog. Wonder if

they'll send it or will I get a message about eames not being vegetarian. sigh

don't know how it would work for marshmallows but just made 'not jello' with

agar. the texture's more like pudding than jello, ( might not have cooked it

long enough, it's my first try ), but the taste is great, I made cranberry -

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I noticed in the latest Catalog catalog that they're no longer selling Emes

gelatin, so you're probably right.
