Guest guest
Such yummy comfort food. My crockpot version of this recipe is very similar. Check it out: Pumpkin Pie Pudding 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin 12 oz. can evaporated milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix [use homemade version] 2 eggs; beaten 2 Tbsp. melted butter 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Transfer to crockpot coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours. Serve garnished with whipped cream. , sissy <pepepukpetunia> wrote: > > Pumpkin Custard > > 1 can (16 oz( solid pack pumpkin > 1 egg, slightly beaten > 3 tbls. flour > 1 tsp. salt > 1 tsp. cinnamon'1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice > 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk > 1 cup sugar > > Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. > beat together pumpkin and egg. Guest guest
Oh, PT, this sounds so yummy! Like one of those oldtime Bisquik Impossible Pies that I still make on occasion. But I'd never seen a crockpot recipe for it -- thanks so much!
