Such yummy comfort food. :)

My crockpot version of this recipe is very similar.

Check it out:

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin

12 oz. can evaporated milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix [use homemade version]

2 eggs; beaten

2 Tbsp. melted butter

2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Transfer to

crockpot coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and

cook on LOW for 6-7 hours. Serve garnished with whipped

cream.

Oh, PT, this sounds so yummy! Like one of those oldtime Bisquik Impossible

Pies that I still make on occasion. But I'd never seen a crockpot recipe

for it -- thanks so much!

You are very welcome. i hope you like it. If you

want the recipe for the homemade bisquick mix

i can post it for you. It is much cheaper and better

than the brand name stuff. :)

A little this side of the snow

And that side of the haze.
