Oregon to NY is a bit much though. Your food sounds wonderful. Bravo to you for showin' 'em how its done! They think they can snap thier fingers and I should come running. I make the trip 5-8 times a year...very expensive. Which is why if I move farther away I can say...oh, I don't have three days to drive or the money for a plane!! Oregon here I come!!!! (I love Eugene and that whole area.
