What a good website with info about TVP.

i bookmarked it and should add it into our

group's links section. Thanks. :)

 

i don't have a bread maker, but i wanted to ask you

about your gluten-making experience. Did you use

the gluten flour or did you use regular flour and then

rinse, rinse, rinse?
