Guest guest
Bron, great to have you join us. Your friendly personality and enthusiastic leap into the vegan realm has made reading your posts, questions and recipes on other groups a joy. i know you enjoy those Boca crumbles, and they are convenient. However, i want to encourage you to try some TVP crumbles soon. TVP stands for textured vegetable protein and they come in dried form. You add water to them, or flavored broths to make them moist like the Boca crumbles. They are a true money saver for me. i love those brand name crumbles by Yves , MorningStarFarms, and Boca, but i find i am using them less and only buying them on sale. Frees up my money to try other new things. To all, Bron hosts another nice and you should check it out: Healthy_is_tasty/ Warm welcome back, Donna. Thank you for sharing that soup recipe today. i think i have everything to make it in my cupboard, too. Today i am going to take a stab at making a TVP loaf. Not sure what recipe i will use yet. To all, Donna has a great vegetarian cooking and support group, too. Check it out if you aren't already a member: / Great to have you both here. i look forward to reading your posts. ~ pt ~ The way to love anything is to realize that it might be lost. ~ G.K.
